Extremists Blame Everyone But Al-Qaeda

Almost immediately after media outlets began reporting on today’s attacks in London, extremist sites started to offer their paranoid assessments of who was behind them. The neo-Nazis are claiming that those responsible are not Al-Qaeda, but in fact…(drum role) the Jews! These guys are nothing if not predictable. Meanwhile, the folks at Indymedia are pinning it on the British government itself, claiming that they intend to use the attacks as a justification for continuing Britain’s involvement in the Iraq war. Most disturbingly, these claims are appearing most often on Indymedia sites based in the U.K.
